When working with Chef Brandon Olsen for his new French-Bistro, La Banane, he had a clear vision for each touchpoint of experience for his guests. To Chef, the banana has always been emblematic of happiness and contentment. Our studio worked closely with Chef Olsen and his team to integrate this sentiment as a driver for the guest experience and interior design.
