In collaboration with Studio Gang, Mason Studio facilitated the design of the One Delisle presentation centre. Our design approach is grounded in its attention to detail and pays homage to this future iconic development through striking yet minimalist furnishings and finishes. The design details convey an affordable yet luxurious atmosphere; as buyers move through the space, the presentation centre transitions from showcasing living experiences to more intimate areas to facilitate the sales process. Here, Mason Studio also incorporated select elements from retail design, highlighting floor plans and materiality in display cases (similar to those found in a jewellery boutique) to create a more approachable and inviting way to showcase various suite layouts, designs and options to potential homeowners.

Set to rise in Midtown Toronto, One Delisle is the first residential building in Canada designed by visionary architect Jeanne Gang of Studio Gang, recognized as one of the most prominent and influential global architects. As One Delisle shifts the landscape of how we typically design tall towers in our hometown of Toronto, we are pleased to collaborate with the forward-thinking Slate Development and Studio Gang team. Our belief is rooted in working with like-minded partners and collaborators that share our ‘less but better’ design approach and values embedded in thoughtful design decisions.
